I like the details and color of this piece, but some proportions are off, like the boat being too small to hold an actual human. Also rocks don't just float; they continue on down to the bottom of the sea floor. Hope this critique doesn't come across as too harsh, and I hope it can lead you to more mesmerizing and convincing pieces.

That's exciting that you're making a visual novel. And while it's more work, having more poses and cloth designs can make a visual novel character more interesting and engaging.

I really like the use of linework. The lines are more solid on the area of focus, and lines are more broad on the objects closer to the viewer.

I like the unique character design, but I feel the piece would benefit from more definition in the depth/shadows of the surrounding scene and smoke.
